Limited Liability Company (LLC)
FORMATION DETAILS & PRICING
An LLC, or Limited Liability Company, is a legal business structure that combines the liability protection of a corporation with the simplicity and flexibility of a sole proprietorship or partnership.
Below, you can view the state filing fee and our service fee for each state. The state filing fee is paid directly to the state of formation at the time of filing, while our service fee varies by state since some states have more complex LLC formation processes.
You can choose to pay in full, or take advantage of our payment plans—available for our service fee in select states.

Our formation process includes:
-
State Registration (Obtaining Your Articles of Organization)
-
EIN Registration (Obtaining The LLC's EIN Number)
-
Operating Agreement (Providing a Basic Operating Agreement)
-
Note: The operating agreement that we provide is basic, designed to specify ownership and providing what is needed to open a business bank account. We reccomend seeking legal services from an attorney for more complex operating agreements, especially as it pertains to multi-member entities.
